We are a 10–15-minute drive from DIA and there are loads of work opportunity in the close by Warehouse Areas.

Location is a 10–15-minute drive to the airport depending on traffic. Perfect for Uber and Lyft drivers or anyone needing regular access to the airport area.

House is on the corner lot and has great street parking. Driveway is available on a rotating basis.

Deposit is due at move in and is considered for return upon a 60-day notice of moveout and inspection for damage for monthly renters. Will hold room with deposit paid up front.

Electric and gas and water are an inclusive additional $100 monthly.
Couples are an additional $200 monthly and $200 deposit; also, utilities add $75 for second person also.
