There is an attached parking garage with direct elevator access. They provide free high-speed Wi-Fi and all utilities are included in the rent each month. Location: Just 0.2 miles from the Colfax at Auraria light rail station. Right next to the Auraria Campus.

Requirements: Must pass a standard background check/credit check through leasing office. You can sign on with a guarantor if you can't pass a credit check. No student status required.

Fees: There will be a one-time $288 fee at move in required by the office.
