This unit also is privately owned, and the landlord is phenomenal. Very responsive and invested in the happiness of his tenants.

Nearby access to trains and buses with high walkability. You’re a stone's throw from First Fridays on Santa Fe + all the wonderful businesses always operating in the area. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with walking access to grocery stores, yoga studios, coffee shops, and more!

The Unit:
Two bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms with a patio, front porch, and bright kitchen. Bedroom gets lots of natural light and has a sizable closet. Laundry in-unit and a wood burning fireplace! There is one covered, designated parking spot (roommate is excellent about trading off) and plenty of free street parking. The space is already set up and ready for you to settle into! The bedroom will be unfurnished, but otherwise the living room, kitchen and patio are already set with furniture surrounded by lots of plants.

The Roommate:
mid 30s female with a passion for pottery, gaming, trivia, cooking, and iconic movies. She is considerate, a great communicator, and beautifully accepting of all identities and she’d love the same from you. Roommate works outside of the house Monday through Friday so if you’re at WFH person, the scheduling is pretty easy. Space is also shared with a very cute cat named Nintendo who would love to cuddle you. No other cats or dogs at this time but smaller critters would be considered. This house is a warm, quiet, queer and friendly home.

The Details:
Rent is $1200/month and the current lease is in effect until April 2026, with encouragement to extend and make a home here. Water, trash and HOA fees are all paid by the landlord. Cable and electric average about $85 a month per person. Landlord asks for proof of income (at least $2400/month) and references. move-in date could be as early as 12/1, although 2/1 is also an option for the right candidate.
