The main floor has a large, comfortable living room with a big TV and surround-sound entertainment system and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with plenty of fridge/cabinet space. The house also has lots of living plants, multiple air purifiers, and a comprehensive home gym with a rower, free weights, kettlebells, adjustable cables, boxing bag, Wahoo bike trainer, pull-up bar, bands, and more.

The full rooftop deck has a grill, large garden, and plenty of room for entertaining. Being next to Mile High also means stadium flyovers pass directly overhead.

Area

Located in Jefferson Park, about a 2-minute walk from Empower Field at Mile High, with quick access to downtown and surrounding neighborhoods. Jefferson Park sits immediately northwest of downtown and has convenient access across I-25 into the Central Platte Valley.

Approximately 5 minutes to Sloan's Lake and Ball Arena, 10 minutes to downtown/Coors Field, and 15 minutes to Red Rocks. Safeway, bars, restaurants, parks, and multiple public-transit options are nearby. Jefferson Park itself has neighborhood restaurants and bars, with LoHi/Highland and Sloan's Lake also close by.

Rooms

Two rooms may be available:

Upstairs: Large bedroom with its own full bathroom.

Downstairs: Smaller, but still full-sized, private bedroom with its own full bathroom and additional separation from the upstairs living spaces.

I'm open to adding one or two roommates. With two, everyone has a private bedroom/bathroom. With one, the third bedroom can become shared bonus space for an office, guest room, lounge, or additional workout/storage space.

Current lease ends in October, but mid-September or potentially earlier move-in may be possible. The downstairs room could also serve as a temporary room/staging space for someone eventually moving into the larger upstairs room.

Rent is negotiable based on room and whether there are ultimately two or three people in the house. Utilities are split separately. We rent directly from a laid-back private landlord.
