Your private basement setup includes a bedroom plus a separate bonus room exclusively for you. Home office? Workout space? A dignified home for the stuff currently living in your trunk? You’ve got options.

You’ll share a clean, well-maintained bathroom with just one other roommate.

🛏️ Your visitors get a room, too

One of our favorite house perks: a furnished guest room with a bed and dresser, shared by the roommates on a rotating basis for temporary visitors.

When your mom comes to town or a friend visits for the weekend, they can have a space of their own. You get to be the friend who says, “We have a guest room.” Very grown-up of you.
