Unfurnished Room in College View

The room in Unfurnished. The house is a modern build with electric appliances and street parking. Two bedroom, two and a half bath. You will have your own en-suite bathroom and sizable closet. The house is three stories with the first being a very small entryway and office. Second floor is where the living room, dining room, half bath, and kitchen are located. Finally the third floor is where the two bedrooms and bathrooms are, including washer and dryer.

We are a straight couple, Kiernan and Kaleb, both 26 years old. Kaleb is a software engineer who works full time, I am a sales woman and a freelance graphic designer. We are both very cleanly people but can be a little cluttered with our stuff sometimes but never in the common spaces. We like to watch tv in the evenings and you are very welcome to join. I like to cook so the kitchen will always have food and will always be clean bc I can’t cook in a messy kitchen. Kaleb’s office isn’t too far from the house, he works from home on Mondays and Fridays, he has a tiny office on the first floor. My background in freelance graphic design makes me very creative and I have many ideas for the house. Our hobbies include decorating, reading, video games, cooking, and strolling the neighborhood.
