Our block is very peaceful with friendly neighbors. One quiet cat lives in the house. Rent includes all utilities plus high-speed internet. No dogs. You may bring up to two indoor cats that stay in your unit. Couples are welcome with an additional $200 per month toward rent and utilities.

This extra-large (400 sf) private furnished space has a queen size bed, sofa, 72" flatscreen, and a large dressing area. The room is located in the basement but has a full-size egress window plus two extra windows. Rental comes with a newly-updated private bathroom.

Access to a beautiful kitchen with marble countertops and updated appliances is shared. Other shared spaces include laundry room and back yard and covered patio with gas grill.
