Seeking new male roommate by July 1st

My current roommate is preparing to move out and I will need a new roommate by July 1st ideally through June 16th. The lease will then be renewable and I'm open to sign for another year, but bottom line is getting the room filled. We will each cover half of the rent, utilities, electricity, internet (details below), and communal items (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.).
A 30+ year old male roommate is preferred.

First and foremost, you must be absolutely trustworthy. I can't live with someone who I always have to worry about my stuff around when I'm not home. The same goes for those with whom you associate and will be inviting over.
Any good person who is nice, trustworthy, hygienic, and can pay their half of bills in a timely manner will be fantastic :)
