Near I-25 and Hampden Ave. Easy access to highway, walking distance to RTD light rail stations and bus stops (15/30min+ car ride to downtown (depending on traffic), 30+ mins by light rail to downtown, and 60+ mins by bus to downtown). Walking distance to grocery stores, coffee shop, restaurants, park, and short drive to larger park(s) and waking paths/trails etc.
