We’re looking for someone to join our house and rent a cozy basement bedroom starting July 1st.
The room is unfurnished, spacious, and gets great natural light. The downstairs level includes a shared bathroom and common basement area. You’ll also have access to all shared spaces in the house, including the living room, kitchen, backyard, and laundry. The landlord is professional, responsive, and easy to work with.

About Us:
We’re currently three guys and one woman who are laid-back, friendly working professionals. We enjoy cooking, movies, hanging out, and exploring the city. We’re looking for someone who is respectful, communicative, clean, and easygoing.
The downstairs level and bathroom would be shared with a 30-year-old gay male roommate who works professionally in cosmetics/skincare retail and is also a musician and makeup artist. He’s clean, tidy, friendly, and enjoys singing, dancing, fitness, fragrances/skincare, and has a cat.

• $750/month
• $750 security deposit
