I have a large, fully furnished bedroom with kitchenette available now for one person .It's in a fully furnished basement. Full access upstairs to cook and do laundry with modern LG appliances! Bed linens, a luxurious Ugg comforter, electric blanket, laundry baskets, keypad lock entry to bedroom, towels, small TV, cleaning supplies, and hangers included. There's a semi private entrance to the basement with ADT security system. Free street parking in front of home. Basement has its own living room with TV, a brand new fullsize refrigerator, dinette set, and a large shared bathroom with a gorgeous spa shower surrounded in tile. It's huge. The bedroom kitchenette has a .cubic ft fridge, Keurig machine, dishes, microwave, toaster, paper towels, silverware, and storage. No pets! No smokers.
