Hello! I recently purchased a beautifully remodeled home, but will not be fully moving until May. The house is unfurnished, but the rooms will each have a bed and side table. Offering a shared kitchen with other roommates (so far just me and I won't be staying over much). I will be coming by often to receive deliveries, to furnish, meet landscapers, handy man, to hold a work meeting etc. I may come over with my small dog here and there. Street parking in front. Utilities included. One room will have a private bath, the rest will have to share the other bathroom. Rooms are only available until May 15th. I'm flexible with one month to start and then week by week. No smoking. No additional pets.
