Moving out to be closer to work and seeking someone to fill my room! Will be available October 18, must fill by November 1.

Largest bedroom with large window, attached private bath, double vanity, and 2 huge closets - 240 sq ft of private space! Queen-sized bed shown in photos.

Rent is $900 per month. Utilities include fast internet and vary from 70-120 per month. $500 deposit. Lease length is flexible.
LGBTQ household, 2 roommates in their 30’s, both work outside the home.

1 small dog and one cat. We can accept 1 additional dog, provided they are friendly. Willing to collaborate on pet care if you come with a pet and it's a good fit for everyone.

Fenced yard (you are welcome to garden), hardwood floors, large gas stove. Room for storage in yard and attic. Common areas both upstairs and downstairs (downstairs is set up as a theater room). House has washer, dryer, gas stove. Street parking is always readily available.

Location is convenient to I-25, I-70, RiNo, Mission Ballroom, and two train stops (including A line direct to airport).
This is a relaxed and mostly quiet living environment, with occasional social gatherings, free of substance abuse.

Everyone is willing to do chores but not stressed by a dish in the sink.
We try to respect each others' work and sleep schedules. Someone friendly, responsible, and communicative would fit well here, who is accepting of ALL genders and racially conscious. Overall, just want someone good and thoughtful, who values living in harmony with other adults.

Must be able to show proof of employment/income and pass a background check. If this post is up, the room is available.
