My boyfriend and I live in Denver in the GVR neighborhood. He owns the home. I’m looking for a female roommate. You would have a private bathroom across the hall. There is plenty of space and parking available directly in front of the house. 15 minutes from the airport, 25 minutes from downtown. A beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood! Looking for someone interested in a 12 month lease. Washer/dryer are in the home. The neighborhood has 25+ miles of biking/walking trails. It is less than a 10 minute walk to 2 different parks with a dog park, basketball courts, baseball fields, disc golf, community pool, tennis courts, and more! (Photos are from previous owners.
