Two Rooms For Rent (Individuals Welcome)

Greetings!
Rooms are move-in ready.
My name is Kenan and I have an extra two bedrooms available in my Green Valley Ranch home. Three of my tenants have been with me since I purchased the home in 2018. Everyone is CLEAN, quiet and respectful.

Room: 3rd Floor approx 12x10 and 12x15 room area. Bathroom is adjacent to the room but located in the hallway and shared with another roommate. Room currently has a bed mattress and dresser but that can be removed as-needed. $850/$750 Month perfect for one person in each room. Street parking but I've never walked more than 30 seconds from my car to the front door.

While there is not a cleaning schedule or designated cleaning responsibilities all common areas are generally kept clean. We're all adults and clean up after ourselves. Rent includes all necessary utilities (electric, water, internet, etc.) and is a monthly flat rate. $500 will be asked at the start of move-in.

I love children but this is probably not the best environment for children as smoking occurs from time to time. We also love animals but would prefer a tenant without.

About Me: Homeowner, 38 years old, insurance adjuster by trade working in Denver. Roommates: Early 30’s, all males with one having a live-in girlfriend. Nice guys who generally stay in their own rooms but occasionally venture out to watch a basketball or hockey game in the living room.

Ideal Candidate: Male or female roommate, young professional or student. Ability to read and comprehend all of what I’ve written above. Ability to clean up after themselves is #1 priority. A little description about yourself in your message to me will help catch my eye for a response!
