Bedroom for Rent, Denver

Hello, Folks!

I have a room for rent in my three bedroom, two and a half bath house, LGBTQ+ friendly.

The bedroom comes unfurnished with new carpets and new paint. I am located in NE Denver, a convenient fifteen-minute drive from DIA, and six minutes from a park and ride station, if that's your preference.

For an additional $50 a month in base rent, housemate could have a space in the two-car garage.

Room Details:
• $900 a month w/ a security deposit (deposit amount negotiable for the right tenant)
• Extra storage in a shed in a large backyard
• Utilities are not covered and will be split between myself and resident for electricity, gas and heating, and Wi-Fi; I cover trash
• Lease minimum of six months with an option to extend, preference however would be for a year-long lease
• No additional pets, unfortunately; there is already a resident indoor-only cat, and the little queen doesn't get on with other animals

House Features:
• Renovations were done in the winter of 2025 that included laying down new flooring (carpet upstairs and tile flooring downstairs) and an updated water heater
• In-unit washer dryer
• New refrigerator and new dishwasher in an updated and re-tiled kitchen with new counters
• Bathrooms have been renovated with updated tiling, tubs, sinks, and counters
• A/C and Heating

Some things about me (and sweet Tuna included in the photo gallery), I am an accountant that works from home, and have been in the house only a few weeks myself, so I'm in the process of settling in and would never say no to input on furniture and decor as I build this up into a proper home. In my free time, I enjoy reading and gaming, and am happy to host board game nights for my friends on the occasion. I enjoy being able to have a good conversation in passing, but am also very well-suited to folks that prefer to maintain their privacy.
