Seeking a roommate for my new build 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhome in High Point/Green Valley Ranch. The home boasts two floors, over 1800 square feet of living space, a patio, a flex room for working or reading, a dishwasher, A/C, and a tankless water heater. We’re a mile away from Peña Station and less than 10 minutes from several grocery/big box stores.

This bedroom is 9’11"x 10’4” with a closet measuring 2’x 6'5”. The 1.5 bathrooms will be shared amongst other two roommates. Common areas are furnished and roommates will have access to kitchen appliances, dishes, pots and pans, etc. Rent includes Trash/recycling/compost pickup and WiFi. Utilities and water costs will be equally distributed amongst all parties living in the home.

I’m a single man in his mid thirties, working in the medical field. I’m seeking clean, gainfully employed, respectful, responsible roommates. No smoking, vaping, pets, or illegal drug use allowed.
