I’m renting out the **entire basement** of my home. It’s a very spacious private area with its own **private bathroom** and a **locking door**, giving you plenty of separation and privacy from the rest of the house.

The home is currently shared by two guys — myself (M) and my stepcousin (M). I also have a **young cat and a dog**, so being comfortable around pets is important.

The entire middle floor of the home is shared and includes:

The goal is to keep things simple, so **everything is included in the monthly rent**. That includes electricity, internet, waterutilities, and even shared household essentials like paper towels, trash bags, etc. No splitting up utility bills every month or worrying about additional household expenses.

The basement itself is **very spacious** and gives you considerably more room and privacy than a typical bedroom rental. With the private bathroom and locking entrance to the basement area, it feels much more like having your own section of the house while still having access to the shared living spaces upstairs.

We’re looking for someone who is **respectful, responsible, clean, and easy to live with** and who will treat the home and shared spaces well.
