Currently have 2 spaces available for rent, this listing is for a single bedroom which I plan to furnish if that's easier, and until I fill the other space you woild have a private bathroom.

Pets are negotiable, I have a cat I share custody with an ex on so he's here every few weeks for a few weeks.

Looking for a professional roommate whos respectful and tidy.

The location is amazing, 10 minutes walk to the botanic gardens, 5 minutes walk to city park (which has the farmers market every Saturday thru october) plus short walking to MANY restaurants, shops, spas and more.

There's a big driveway for parking, and a big backyard for hanging out.
