Looking for a third roommate who enjoys community living to move into our home. Ideally mid-twenties to late thirties, working professional already established in Denver, who is clean, considerate, active, and has good vibes, is social and likes to spend time outside the house. Extra points if you like to garden and keep houseplants alive 🌿

About the roomies: Currently 2 gals. One labor nurse working nights in grad school to be a midwife (hobbies: climbing, cooking, painting, and tv binging). The other is in the restaurant scene (hobbies: traveling, skiing, camping, concerts). We're just super chill ladiez looking for someone also chill.

About the house: Great residential neighborhood with nearby restaurants, central location close to everything, walking distance to three parks, front porch with swing, normal common areas (already furnished but we can move things out if needed), washer/dryer in basement, nice backyard with deck/seating areas/grills and plenty of gardening space, a garage for storage/home gym, plenty of street parking with an off-garage parking spot, and really nice responsive landlord who lives nearby.

Bedroom is in the basement with a shared bathroom. Just under ' ft with an 4ft closet, dresser included if you'd like. Freshly painted walls and cosmetic improvements were made this month.
