Hi! I am relocating and I'm looking for someone to take over my half of the lease for the final 6 months. The room is available now and the lease runs through the end of May. Rent begins December 1 — November is already covered.

Location: RiNo area near Curtis Park, short walk/scooter ride to bars, coffee shops, Mission Ballroom, etc. Easy street parking.

Your Space:
-Private bedroom (2nd floor)
-Private office w/ half-bath (1st floor) — ideal if you WFH
-Shared kitchen, living room, full bath, laundry
-Some basement storage available

About Your Future Roommate:
He's 38, works in-office most days, Minnesota transplant, social but easygoing at home. He has a friendly cat (Taco) who likes to be social from a distance.

Looking for:
Clean, respectful, professional - all the normal stuff.

Other details:
- Utilities ~$150–200/mo
- Prefer no additional pets (open to discussing)
- Bedroom/office are unfurnished
