A damage deposit of $300 is to be paid with your first months rent and will be returned with your last months rents as long as there are no damages. Damage deposit may be spread over the first 3 months from moving in.

Our space has a fully equipped kitchen for cooking, and outdoor grill on the patio to facilitate evening dinners as well as Wi-Fi.
You have full access to the backyard with the patio.

You have shared access to the communal living room, kitchen, and bathroom. You will have your own bedroom that has a lock for privacy.

The number one household policy is for open communication with one another, respectful of all in the home, and notification 60 days prior to move out.
