Room to rent in Denver High rise

I am relocating to Florida this summer and I’m looking to transfer my lease. The property is in the 1000 Speer building on 10th and Cherokee. Now, before going further - this property has an option to transfer lease owners, pending approval of the new lease owner (you). The lease goes until next May, 2027. The $200 is not a security deposit but a transfer of lease fee that I have to pay as well. That said, it’s an amazing space and I’m bummed to be leaving. The apartment is shared with my roommate, Maddie. She is a nurse at UC Anschutz. We have been roommates for 3 years now and she is very easy to live with and fun to hangout with too! The apartment is on the 14th floor facing northeast. It has its own attached bathroom and walk in closet. Lots of natural light! The price includes all amenities, including a parking spot and washer dryer in unit! Parking is included in this price and is $150 a month, but could be removed if needed. There is a great year round pool on the 6th floor facing the mountains with covered grills and a clubhouse. The summer sunsets are spectacular! There is a nice fitness room on the first floor, and concierge services almost 24/7.
I’m looking to get this filled asap so let me know if you’re interested! Pictures of the room are current, sorry for the tiny clutter as I’m still occupying this until filled. However if there is anything in the room you would want to keep let me know.
