ABOUT ME:
I am a female professional with a business. I've worked and traveled in almost 40 countries. I've been doing personal development work since I was a teenager, and pride myself on being a person of high integrity. I live a grounded, peaceful life, and have a community that loves to have healthy fun. I eat very healthy and do a lot of movement (ballet, yoga, walk miles in City Park). I have a tiny 5 pound dog who doesn't shed much and only barks when people come to the door. She LOVES animals and will be happiest with another animal here. I thrive on deep conversation, and am very attuned to not talking too much, and giving my housemates their appropriate space as well.
PARKING:
Ample and free street parking, which is super uncommon in downtown Denver! I NEVER look for parking. There is always a spot directly in front of our house, and only rarely do I park 1 house away.
BACKYARD:
A private backyard that we share with our renter in the basement apartment (who has a private entrance, separate kitchen and separate bathroom).

This is a fully furnished and move in ready home, per the photos, with a fully functional kitchen. Just bring your suitcases!
