I am a good landlord, yet strong and direct and don’t put up with BS. I am older and I welcome all ages as long as you are the right fit. Communication is key, I am gay and you will need to be LGBTQ friendly and respectful.

You must be employed, responsible, pay rent on time, clean and must clean after yourself. No inside smokers, drugs users, or dealers, alcoholic or convicted felons. Proof of income, background and credit will be required. Sorry, no work at home.

Short term/month-to-month only. Could turn into longer rental for the right situation.

Quiet area. You have the entire basement including laundry facilities. Utilities are a flat rate of $150/month which includes electricity, fiber/wi-fi internet, water, sewer, trash and gas. The ideal renter will be someone that is quiet and lives normal daytime hours. Not looking for someone that is coming and going at all hours of the night.
