Furnished except for bedroom.
1 full bathroom and another 1/2bath.
South Denver, cherry creek area.
New washer/dryer, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Garage storage available but limited. Street parking.
Fenced front yard.
Honestly best for someone to help keep up with general house chores(dishes, trash, and keeping community areas clean enough, but not a clean freak.
Wood floors for living room, hallway and bedrooms, tile for kitchen and bathrooms.
Pets are good. Recommend 40lbs dog or less. I would love a 150lb great dane... but space is a bit too small for that.
