Bedroom available in 4 bedroom townhouse

HI there! this is a four bedroom townhome in the central park neighborhood of Denver. There are two of us living here currently, we are looking to rent out the large master bedroom on the top floor.
The room has two walk in closets the second closet is smaller but still holds a ton of storage. The bathroom has a standup enclosed shower with double vanities. You will be able to set up your own office in the built in shelves and desk area next to your room. Perfect for someone who works from home.
The home has two living spaces and a shared kitchen. Two car garage which parking arrangements will need to be agreed upon. There is also a nice backyard with three garden beds and a nice patio space.
The loft space upstairs is a secondary shared space but you can also decorate it and make it your own.
Thomas lives on the second floor across from the master bedroom. He works non profit 9-5pm enjoys playing music but not too late! haha. He also enjoys exercise and cooking.
Jon lives in the basement. He has a dog named Rocky who is very sweet but shy around people. Jon loves to ride his motorcycle as well as flying model planes. Jon has similar work hours as Thomas and bedtime is around 10-11pm. We are hoping to find someone who can blend into the current environment, maybe share a meal together on occasion or even go to a brewery.
