Unfurnished room in a furnished house

We’re looking for a long term roommate, 1 year lease to rent for $1200/month. We are open for shorter leases but at higher rent. Couples would be ok at $1500/month.
The room is on the third floor and shares a bathroom with another roommate, which is currently a woman but could change in the future.
The house is a brand new home built in 2023 in a safe, quiet, clean neighborhood right by the Arsenal. It’s a great place if you enjoy walking, running, biking around. It does have common parks, live by a pickleball count, and a total of 7 pools (pool access requires a HOA membership at $80). We’re close to the Northfield Mall, Walmart/Target/King Soopers, close to I-225 and I-70.
Me and my fiancee live in the suite on the third floor as well, and we have a 1-year old beagle. We both have full time jobs and work on a hybrid schedule. We’re both born in the 90s. We enjoy an active lifestyle playing tennis, hiking, skiing, snowboarding, and running.
We’re looking for someone who’s also working a full time job in Denver and just needs a place to rest and also keep enjoying all of the wonderful things Colorado has to offer.
