Clean and modern townhome in the convenient and popular area of Central Park Place (old Stapleton). Close to many amenities. Seeking Female roommate only. The bedroom has an attached private full bathroom. The bedroom has a ceiling fan and light. The bedroom is approximately 15 ft by 15ft Privacy shades and curtains, smart tv, side table, dresser and full size new mattress.
The townhome is less than 10 years old with tile and granite in the bathrooms and carpet throughout the bedrooms, hard floors on the first floor. There is a third bedroom I use for TV and office. Washer and dryer upstairs with bedrooms. The downstairs has full kitchen and eating area.
Street parking available also. I will require first months rent and security deposit. I can also offer meal preparation for an additional fee. Lots of potential for the right person.
