Wash Park/Bonnie Brae Short or Long Term Furnished

If you are looking for a safe and private space with easy going people that care about the details to make you comfortable, this is the place. A private basement room and bath that is cozy and comfortable with your own couch and tv, high quality queen bed, 2 dressers, a shower and bathroom that have been updated with toilet, frameless shower door, tile and paint.

We are in an area that includes the high end neighborhoods of Belcaro, Bonnie Brae, and Cory Merrill. There is off street parking, newer washer and dryer, exercise equipment including treadmill and Pelaton style bike (MDX), and a beautiful backyard.

We are looking for a single professional who works outside of the house and is fun but respectful of our home and neighbors. 
 We like to socialize some but also value our private time plus, plan to be doing some traveling so you would have the house to yourself some of the time. 





I put in the ad no maximum but we like to start with a 2-3 months and see how everything is working out which gives all parties flexibility and has worked well in the past. The rent includes all utilities and wifi.



We didnt used to do background checks and employment verifications but things arent the same as a few years ago so hopefully you dont mind going through the process.
