Denver Roomate Wanted!

Hi! My roommate Georgia and I are looking for a third roommate to join our home!

The house is a 3 bed, 2 bath located near Sloan's Lake/Barnum Area, less than 10 minutes from Auraria Campus and about 15 minutes from DU. It has in-unit laundry, central heat and A/C, a fenced backyard, and free private parking in the back.

Rent: ~$800/month per person (utilities are estimated to be around $50–70/month each). The lease is 12 months beginning August 1st. We’re looking for someone to move in anytime in August before September.

A little about us, we're both students in our early 20s. One of us attends MSU Denver studying Communication Design, and the other attends RMCAD majoring in Fashion. We're both creative people who love art and design, and in our free time we enjoy trying new restaurants and coffee shops, doing yoga, having picnics at the park, cooking, and exploring everything Denver has to offer. We like going out and being social, but we're just as happy spending a cozy night at home.

We're hoping to find someone who's responsible, respectful, and easy to live with, someone who'd enjoy creating a comfortable, positive home and hopefully become a friend as well. We'd love a roommate who's communicative, cleans up after themselves, and enjoys a balance of socializing and personal space.
