3/1 - 7/31 (opportunity to resign and some flexibility on move-in date).
$1250/month + ~$55 in utilities (everything but internet).

Pets are allowed, laundry on-site, and there's one parking spot behind the house (plus lots of street parking). You'll be living with a charming 26-year-old man named Jack (see picture), an environmental engineer who works full-time at an office. He is quiet and conscientious, remarkably good at whistling tunes, and never leaves dishes in the sink!

The unit is the first floor of a duplex, the landlords live on the upper floor. They are responsive, relaxed, and overall great people. There's a basement with lots of storage, the kitchen is spacious and great for cooking, and the house has cool old charm with hardwood floors and big windows. You'll live close enough to Trader Joe's that you will never have to deal with that parking lot again!

Some of the furniture in the pics is coming with me (including everything in the bedroom), but feel free to ask if there's something you need.
