Laundry Room, Living Room, and Kitchen are shared spaces. Up to 4-car tandem driveway, plus additional street parking. Covered front porch. Large backyard. Owner has small older dog. Please note: Owner is blind in one eye but still takes care of herself and her home without assistance.

Lease duration: Month-to-Month

Smoking Policy: No smoking in the house. Smoking outside only. Cigarette/Vaping only.

Parking Policy: 2 vehicles allowed on shared driveway (on-street parking also available)

Pet Policy: Owner has one small older dogs and owner prefers not to have any additional pets at this time.

Renter Maintenance Responsibilities: All rented spaces must be kept tidy. Cleaning up after oneself in shared spaces is also required.

Additional lease details: Utilities (water and electricity) and $75 Internet/Cable fee are included in monthly rent.
