Rooms in Idaho Springs

I’ve got room(s) available in my house in Idaho Springs. I work remote, I’m 36, I spend most of my free time snowboarding, mountain biking, or being outside. There’s also a new heeler puppy in the mix, so being cool with dogs is important.

The house is a 4 bed, 3 bath place and feels spacious and well balanced. I’ll be living in the master bedroom and using one additional bedroom as my office. The remaining rooms are available. One bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom, and the other has a private bathroom just outside the room. All bathrooms have showers, and there’s laundry in the house.

Internet is included, along with a town parking pass and the possibility of parking in the driveway behind the house. There’s also a garage for bikes, snowboards, and other gear.

This setup is ideal for someone working remote or in the Front Range area who wants to be closer to the mountains but still within easy reach of Denver when needed. The rec center is right across the street, and all the restaurants, coffee shops, and spots on Miner Street are just two blocks away.

If you’re interested in just a room, or potentially a room plus a dedicated office, I’m open to chatting and seeing what makes sense. Looking for someone respectful, easygoing, and on the same wavelength.

Looking for mid-long term roommate/s on a month to month agreement.

All shared spaces are fully furnished. The bedrooms can be furnished upon request, or you’re welcome to bring your own. I’m happy to share current photos of the space once we connect.
