Looking for 1 individual to join an existing tenant in a 2-bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome. Maximum 8-month lease from October 1, 2026 to May 31, 2027. The spacious 3-story townhome was recently updated, is fully furnished (except for the available room), has huge, vaulted ceilings, large windows, a porch, and great views. Kitchen is fully stocked, has granite counter tops and new stainless-steel appliances. The basement is partially finished and includes full size washer and dryer as well as ample storage space. The attached 2-car garage provides additional storage space as well as a workspace. Home includes A/C, gas fireplace, dishwasher, and washer dryer.

Room Available
Only 1 bedroom available. It is a large room capable of fitting a king bed and has its own private bathroom. The room is south facing with 2 large windows and a nicely organized, large closet. The room is unfurnished.

Rent
Rent is $1,250 and includes water, trash, sewer, landscaping, and snow removal. Gas/electricity and internet are paid separately and split between the tenants. Gas/electricity range between $50-90/month per person. Internet is $30/person per month. Security deposit required and will be equal to one month rent ($1,250).

Term
Available from October 1, 2026 to May 31, 2027 only. Some flexibility with exact move-in date which can be discussed based on specific needs but seeking someone to move in by October 1, 2026. There is no option to renew or extend the lease past May 31, 2027.

Pets
No dogs or cats allowed.

Parking
There is an attached 2-car garage as well as visitor parking in the community. Garage has tons of storage space.

This end-unit townhome is in Superior and has amazing views. The home backs up directly to Boulder County open space with easy access to hiking/biking trails that connect Superior to Boulder. Nearby shops include Costco, Wholefoods, Safeway, Target, and the Flatirons Crossing mall.

About Existing Tenant
The home is shared with a mid-30's male working professional who primarily works from home. Very active and enjoys all the typical CO outdoor activities (snowboarding, biking, camping, etc.) in my free time. Clean, quiet, respectful and appreciate having a peaceful and comfortable home to relax in when not working or out on adventures. On weekdays, like to read, watch sports, make homecooked meals, and relax after work. I often spend the weekends up in the mountains skiing or biking.

About You
Will be a good fit for one working professional who has somewhat normal work hours (9-5) or is a grad student. Looking for one individual who is responsible, respectful, appreciates a clean, peaceful home environment, and is willing to help keep shared spaces tidy. Good fit for someone who likes a balance of social activity and quiet downtime at home. No drugs, no smoking.
