The townhome has vaulted ceilings and is open with lots of light. Newly renovated, hardwood floors on the main level. Great neighborhood - walkable to Starbucks, Safeway, some neighborhood restaurants, a local taphouse, and the Superior community center. Convenient, quick access to US 36; short drive to Boulder or Denver. Approximately 15 minutes by car to CU Boulder with bus options there as well.

I live here with my two sons, ages 14 and 18. I have an available bedroom and a private full bathroom for rent. The room is on the main level along with the master bedroom, kitchen, dining room, and living room. My sons' rooms are in the lower level, along with their bathroom and family room.

We have two friendly dogs on the premises: super-sweet German Shepherd mixes. This rental would not be a fit if you don't love dogs.

The room is on the townhome's main level, immediately next to the private bathroom. It has a vaulted ceiling, smart TV, and a great condition, really comfortable mattress. :-)
