The Space
Looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to call home? I have a private 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom space available in a lovely shared house right here in Louisville. You will have your own dedicated bedroom and bathroom, offering plenty of privacy, alongside access to the shared common areas (kitchen, living space, and yard). Utilities will be split 50% and estimated to be approximately 150-200 each depending upon usage.
