Welcome to a bright, easygoing tri-level home in one of Louisville's friendliest neighborhoods. Two rooms are available, and the house can be furnished depending on your needs. Shared spaces are currently unfurnished and have plenty of room for your belongings. Your bedroom(s) are your own blank canvas to decorate and make you feel at home.

You'd be sharing the home with me, Yvette. I split my time between Colorado and Kansas, so you'll occasionally have the house to yourself. I'm respectful, clean, and animal-friendly, and I keep things peaceful while working from home. My sweet dog Bruno gets along great with other pets (including cats), and your pets are welcome too.
The home has great natural light, comfy shared spaces, and plenty of privacy when you want it.

Inside: sunny living room, clean kitchen, bedroom with walk-in closet upstairs, cozy fireplace, 3/4 bath with bedroom downstairs. Both are available; please choose one or both. All appliances, new furnace and A/C.

Outside: Attached 2-car garage, a huge fenced backyard, and a brand-new deck (installation phase), perfect for relaxing and happy pets.
The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and super walkable, close to Harper Lake, the dog park, trails, downtown Louisville, and the bus line with quick access to 36, 42, 287, and 7.

$800/Mo base rate for a 10-month minimum OR 1-year lease. (either bedroom) With potential for extended lease.
Split utilities with the tenant(s).
Bedrooms are your own to create.
Unfurnished house, so furnishings are welcome.
Pets (cats and dogs) are welcome with a $300 deposit.
