Welcome to a bright, easygoing tri-level home in one of Louisville's friendliest neighborhoods. Two rooms are available, and the house is fully furnished. The bedrooms are your own blank canvas to decorate and make you feel at home.

You'd be sharing the home with me, Yvette. I split my time between Colorado and Kansas, so you'll occasionally have the house to yourself. I'm respectful, clean, animal-friendly, and I keep things peaceful as I work from home. My sweet dog Bruno gets along great with other pets (including cats), and your pets are welcome too.

The home has great natural light, comfy shared spaces, and plenty of privacy when you want it. Inside: sunny living room, clean kitchen, walk-in closets, cozy fireplace, all appliances, washer/dryer, and two whole-house attic fans. Outside: Attached 2-car garage, a huge fenced backyard, brand new deck, perfect for relaxing, and happy pets.

The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and super walkable, close to Harper Lake, the dog park, trails, downtown Louisville, and the bus line with quick access to 36, 42, 287, and 7.
