Welcome to a bright, easygoing tri-level home in one of Louisville's friendliest neighborhoods. Both rooms are available; you’re welcome to choose one room or rent both rooms together. The house can be furnished depending on your needs.
Shared spaces are currently unfurnished and have plenty of room for your belongings. Your bedroom(s) are your own blank canvas to decorate and make you feel at home. Pets are welcome with a deposit.

The base rate is $800/month for either bedroom with a 9‑month minimum lease and the option to extend.
If you prefer both rooms, the combined base rate is $1,200/month.
Utilities are split evenly among housemates, which comes to about $150 per person each month for 2 housemates, or approximately $120 for 3 housemates.

You'd be sharing the home with me, Yvette. I split my time currently between Colorado and Kansas while moving back to Colorado. I'm respectful, clean, and animal-friendly, and I keep things peaceful while working from home. My sweet dog Bruno gets along great with other pets (including cats), and your pets are welcome too.
The home has great natural light, comfy shared spaces, and plenty of privacy when you want it.

Inside: sunny living room, clean kitchen, bedroom with walk-in closet upstairs, cozy fireplace, 3/4 bath with bedroom downstairs: all appliances, new furnace, A/C, flooring, and carpet.
Outside: Attached 2-car garage (1 space is available for parking), a huge fenced backyard, and a brand-new deck (planning and installation phase), perfect for relaxing and happy pets.
The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and super walkable, close to Harper Lake, the dog park, trails, downtown Louisville, and the bus line with quick access to 36, 42, 287, and 7.
