Come live in a sunny, easygoing tri-level house in one of Louisville’s friendliest neighborhoods. One private bedroom is available and can be furnished to suit your needs. The shared spaces are roomy and comfortable, and your bedroom is a blank canvas to make your own. You’ll be sharing the home with Yvette, Taisia, and my sweet dog Bruno. A peaceful, friendly home that’s easy to enjoy.

Minimum lease: 7 months with option to extend
Utilities: Split evenly; about $200 per person/month for three housemates

Pets and household vibe
Pets welcome with a $300 deposit.
Best fit: one dog-friendly cat or one medium-to-large dog — Bruno is great with other pets (including cats). No multiple dogs, please.
House vibe: Respectful, clean, animal-friendly, and peaceful. I work from home as a data analyst and keep things quiet during the day.
