I’m looking for a responsible roommate to share my 3-level, 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo in a quiet neighborhood of Louisville, CO. The condo has a great layout:
* First floor: living room, kitchen, and half bath
* Second floor: 2 bedrooms with split floor plan and full bathroom in between
* Basement: rec room, guest room, storage, and washer/dryer
There’s no garage, but plenty of unassigned neighborhood parking, plus shared front and back lawn space.

Bio

I’m a full-time graphic designer working in the outdoor industry. Originally from the Pacific Northwest, I’ve been calling Colorado home for the past 10 years.

I’m passionate about hiking, biking, backpacking, camping, and travel—anything that gets me outside and exploring. I also have an older son who lives out of state and visits during major holidays.

At home, I’m clean, tidy, and respectful. I like to keep dishes and shared spaces organized and prefer to split household chores evenly and fairly. I’m a good communicator and believe in creating a peaceful, considerate home environment.

I’d describe myself as both introverted and social—I enjoy connecting with people but also value quiet time to recharge after work. I usually work Monday through Friday, 9–6, and like to relax in the evenings. I don’t drink alcohol and prefer to live with someone who either doesn’t drink or is a light, occasional drinker.

I don’t have any pets (and the landlord doesn’t allow them), but I do love animals. I rarely have guests over, though once in a while I’ll hang out with a friend for music or a little karaoke. I enjoy cooking healthy, mostly vegetarian meals, but it’s totally fine if you’re not vegetarian.

On weekends, I like to sleep in a bit, then get outside for local adventures, events, or live music. Overall, I’m friendly, responsible, and easy to live with—looking for a roommate who shares similar values around cleanliness, respect, and communication.
