Hi! My son, who is my roommate, will be out of town for close to 4 months, and I am looking for someone spiritually minded, or at least drama free, to rent his room while he is gone. It can be furnished with a single bed and small dresser if you need. This is a single wide trailer in a nice quiet neighborhood in Longmont, shared living room, kitchen, washer, dryer, shower, although my room has it's own small private toilet area.
