Hi, I am a lady artist who has a home with my chef husband, our dog Spotty, and kitty cat Lady Spitfire. We live in South Longmont and are comfortable older middle aged creatives.
We have a lovely, roomy, 14x16 ft basement bedroom available. It is recently renovated and is getting fresh new paint and an updated floor, with a shared 20x20 great room (there is room for some of your furniture and this room is there to make your own space! ) and newly renovated bathroom. There is a storage and clothes closet in your space.
We can rent to a single person, no families please.
There is a one year lease beginning beginning the first month you sign at $1050per bed room, plus $1050 security deposit. The rent covers ALL utilities, WiFi, and the visit of a once monthly house cleaners to keep it tidy.
We share a new updated kitchen, backyard and lots of space to just be. There is a garden if you are interested as well. The other person we rent to is a single gentleman who works near by. There is street parking. It is close to bike trails and 2 blocks from a large park. We are also close to Safeway and a mile from down town. Rent is $1050 a month.
