Looking for a room in Longmont in a quiet townhouse?

I bought this townhouse recently and am looking to rent two separate bedrooms starting May 1st.

1st Room Details
$900 per month
Private room
Private bathroom
Shared kitchen/living room

2nd Room Details
Basement room.
Private floor (most of the time depending on what we use the extra room for)

$1050 per month.
Private room.
Private bath.
Closet.
Shared kitchen/living room.

Location: The townhouse is off of Great Western Drive, right behind the Costco. An ideal quiet new build neighborhood walking distance away from St. Vrain greenway (pictures included from path .5 miles from place) 5-7 minute drive from downtown Longmont. 20-25 minute drive from boulder 30-60 minutes from Denver (depending where you're going). A great cozy neighborhood with young professionals and families.

House details:

A cozy townhouse with an open layout and a nice small patio and a shared community pool and hot tub! I am still furnishing the house but the living room is spacious and hoping to make a movie room with the extra room in the basement. Garage available for extra 100$/month. (Only one garage spot) Tons of great natural light. The neighbors are great, tight knit community. 3 bedrooms. 3.5 bathrooms.

Roommates: You would be living with me and one other roommate. I'm 26 years old, male and work remotely in cybersecurity sales and otherwise I'm outside a lot for various hobbies.

Important:

- Need to pass a background check
- Show proof of income and stable job
- No pets (negotiable)
- In person meet ups to check out place and see if it would be a good fit on both end
- Agreed upon rules (I'm not a stickler but some basics like 11pm-7am quiet. Certain level of cleanliness expected etc. :)
