The Room:
Private room available for rent in northwest Longmont located 3mi from downtown and walking distance to Lake McIntosh. The room available is flexible depending on your preferences, one is the master that is upstairs and the other is a larger room in the basement (the basement is pictured and has details in the caption). There is a shared full bathroom upstairs with a functional partial bathroom downstairs. The main floor also has a shared kitchen, small living room area, and an office. The backyard has a patio with a firepit and lights and there is plenty of driveway or street parking. The home is currently pet free but open to cats. All utilities are included (1GB WiFi, Electric, Gas, Trash, etc.).

Couples are welcome, I would ask for $1100/mo to split the total costs more evenly.
