About The House:
Townhouse in a safe and quiet neighborhood.  2 bedroom, 1.5 bath. Private bedroom upstairs, with shared bathroom with shower/tub between bedrooms.  Half bathroom is located downstairs.

The house has easy access to 287, and is ~20 minutes to Boulder (Pearl Street) and ~30 minutes to downtown Denver.  It is 5 minutes to downtown Lafayette, where there are several coffee shops, restaurants and the recreation center. King Soopers and Walmart both within 5 minute drive. Less than 10 minute drive to dog park. House is only about 5 minutes from Waneka Lake!

Hi! I'm Karlie! I moved from Michigan and love everything about being in Colorado. I enjoy being in nature, music, movies and spending time with friends and family. I am a pediatric Occupational Therapist and love my job.

Your other roommate would be Chunk, a miniature doodle mix. He's ~5 years old and a huge lover! It is a bit of a unique situation with him though, as he is struggling with separation anxiety, but it is something we are currently working through with a behavioral trainer.

Loving dogs is a must for this to be a good fit for us! A small/medium dog or cat could also be a possibility, landlord pending. It would be amazing to find someone who was willing to help each other with pet care, but is definitely not a requirement!

I am looking for a roommate who would prefer a calm and relaxing space to enjoy home. I think maintaining a clean and comfortable living space is a necessity. Communication is also key!

I will keep up my responsibilities as a good roommate, and am looking for someone who is also willing to keep a clean space in the common areas so we both have a place we can enjoy. I do not drink, but still like to have fun! It would be nice to have occasional meals, watch shows, plays games, etc., but of course is in no way necessary if you prefer to keep to yourself. I do enjoy my alone time to recharge too, and I would be respectful of yours.
