- Shared living room, yard, and in-unit washer/dryer
- Backyard chickens, so fresh eggs daily
- Street parking

WORK TRADE AVAILABLE
Up to half the rent can be covered by work trade: yard work and snow removal, help caring for Patti, and cleaning/housekeeping. Details worked out together.

THE HOUSEHOLD
The owner lives on-site with Patti, a friendly American Pit Bull Terrier. You'll need to be comfortable living with a dog, and this isn't a good fit if you have dog allergies. Sorry, no additional pets, and no smoking indoors.

LOCATION
Lafayette sits between Boulder and Denver, with easy access to both, so it's a good base for a job search or starting a new job.
