Evenings are typically quiet, with the exception of one night per month when I host a long-running music series.

I'm a sculptor & musician. There's a lot of love in this home & garden, and I love to share it with kind souls. I'm friendly, also respectful of others' private and quiet space, and appreciate the same in my tenants.

Some wonderful people have called this place home for a time, and I feel fortunate to have gotten to know them.

This room is furnished with bed, large closet and storage cabinets above.
The center shared space is good for practicing yoga; playing music & dancing around. A table in the office space can be used for writing, art making (extended projects here need to be discussed.)

Laundry offsite - 2 clean laundromats 7 blocks away North or South of here.
