Hello! My shy cat and I are looking for a fellow night owl to share our peaceful townhome along the Coal Creek Trail. If you're a clean, responsible, good human who loves cats and appreciates a calm home environment, you might be just the right fit. Vegetarian lifestyle preferred (I don’t cook meat at home). Non-smokers only, please.

The room Fully furnished with a double bed, desk, nightstand, and lamps. Private bathroom. Month-to-month lease, available May 8. No additional pets.

Mountain views, off-street parking, a quiet and safe neighborhood, walkable access to Coal Creek Trail, grocery and shops nearby.
