Primary Bedroom (~12x12ft, closet ~8x1.5ft), Single or double occupancy
Second Bedroom (9x13 ft), single occupancy only

If you rent both rooms you get the entire upstairs and bathroom to yourself (I live in the basement).

Living room and patio is currently unfurnished if you're moving in from an apartment, and want to keep using your furniture and decorations, you are welcome to put belongings in those spaces. I will acquire furniture for common areas as needed.

I have a zero tolerance, no smoking policy, including cigarettes and marijuana on the property. Sorry, I cannot stand the smell.

Pets and other animals are a case by case basis. I'm sometimes allergic, and I like dogs to be able to demonstrate that have some basic training.

Shared in unit washer and dryer.

Minimum qualifications:
Source of ability to pay full rent monthly. Average Credit score above 650. Background check with no recent convictions/evictions in the last 5 years. Interview to gauge if we feel like a good fit to live together.

Lease terms and start date are flexible, but no short term leases ending in November, December or January. Security deposit equal to rent due on lease signing, 1st month rent, due on move in. Water, sewage and trash and internet is included. Gas/electric is split evenly amongst all people living in the property.

I'm the homeowner and I live in the property. As roommates go, I'm quiet and keep to myself and I'm not home a lot as i also live part time with my aging parents who live nearby. But if you'd like to have a friendlier relationship I'm open to that too.

I'm non-religious, liberal leaning. I am currently into crafting, dancing, K-pop concerts, watching lgbt+ dramas, puppy training, and travelling. I enjoy watching TV shows with housemates while we ignore each other scrolling on our phones. I also like playing boardgames/video games together with people. I work for a library.

Another bonus of living with me, is I pretty much will never use the kitchen, so no fighting for space in the small kitchen at dinnertime. I have a small kitchenette in my bedroom in the basement, which meets my needs.
