The floors are pine. The bathroom has a rain shower and stone finish. There's a little patio to enjoy, with wrought iron table and chairs, weather permitting.

The household is quiet. The house is six blocks from the University of Colorado, three blocks from Chautauqua Park, and a twenty minute walk from Pearl Street.

Two members of the household are smokers, but only outside, never indoors.

The neighborhood is a mixture of students and professionals.
