One south-facing, unfurnished 135 sq ft bedroom with a large
double closet. Bathroom with skylight, tub and shower, shared
with one housemate. Flexible move-in.

Priced for single occupancy — a second occupant adds $350/month.

TWO HOUSE RULES, worth knowing before you visit:
No smoking indoors — there's a stone patio with awnings and
hangout areas. And meat isn't cooked on the stove or in the oven,
because the smell fills the whole house and lingers. Microwaving
is fine, and there's a Traeger on the patio plus a full setup in
the garage with an electric range, air fryer, and full-size
fridge.

THE HOUSE
Central air, gas fireplace, laundry, vaulted ceilings and
stained glass. Common areas furnished with art and antiques.
The HOA land is extensive — streams, ponds, small waterfalls,
a basketball court. Quick walk to Bobolink trail. Easy
neighborhood parking, with close spots almost always available.
Buses a couple of blocks away, and about a 20-minute bike ride
to campus.

WHO'S HERE
One current housemate, a CU grad student. Quiet, calm,
low-traffic house. Open to all genders and LGBTQ. Vegan,
vegetarian, or pescatarian is a plus. Open to some pets,
especially cats — I'll likely get a cat this fall.

ABOUT ME
I'm a writer — nonfiction and sci-fi/fantasy novels — and a
frequent guest on podcasts, radio, and television. Eccentric
but highly reliable, ethical, and respectful of boundaries.
Often preoccupied with book deadlines, though I'm told I'm
good company when I surface. I like people who are curious
and open rather than ideologically locked in. I think it
